well, i was driving home from school, coming up on a small hill (14st north by 9 ave) and i hit a damn 2X4 that was at the top. i couldn't swerve around because there were cars beside me, and i didn't see it in time to stop.
long story short, bend the inner lip of my rim.
my parents had a wheel repaired for 170 but that was when the lip was rubbed off completly and they had to rebuild it.
any idea on the cost?
I'd maybe say......$120 maybe? :dunno: :dunno: but depends on the damage.
Do a search its been covered at least 5 times in the last 3 months! Theres not much info just call Alberta Wheel Repair (phone and address probably appears in every thread also!) and get a quote, it depends on damage.

The guy at Alberta Wheel Repair will look at the damage and assess whatever price he feels fit. I doubt they have a set price amount.
The avg you are looking to pay is $150. While it may LOOK like a simple bent lip, it could be that the rim does not drive straight and needs to be straightened.
My friends and I have repaired several rims at AWR, and they all have been in the $140-160 dollar mark.

grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
they fixed my rim good but they blew my tire when adding pressure.
had to pay over $300 for one tire at a place.
