Brand spanking new member here, thought I'd mix it up a bit by throwing some old-school rides up here.

The red one's a 1967 Dodge Monaco, 2 door hard top, bucket seats, console shift, 383 4 barrel carb, true dual exhaust. Was originally rated at 325 horses. The multi-coloured unit is a 1968 Chrysler Newport 4 door, mint interior, 383 2 barrel. The previous owner went a little nuts with the spraypaint - including a red pinstripe you cannot see in these pics, there's 6 different colours!

These belong to a bud of mine, and I believe he's entertaining offers on both. Both have successfully passed out-of-province inspections, and both are a real hoot to bomb around town in!

AllGoNoShow: No vid as of yet, may happen once the flippin' snow disappears.

1badPT: It's been partially restored and I think he's looking around $6500.

dieselpower91: If I remember correctly we were in Golden when we did that shoot. We took the Newport from Calgary to the Shushwap to pick up the Monaco and drive them both back home. The Monaco had been sitting in a field for about 3 years and we, in our infinite wisdom, changed the oil and filters, adjusted the tire pressure, cleaned the grounds and switches etc. so all the lights and the wipers worked, and drove the damn thing across the mountains. :banghead: A tire blew out just this side of Banff. Strong, sound, virgin steel American car.
