the front seats will not fit in a 91, 88 - 89 have different mounting locations then the 90 - 91, also do you have the stock si front lip and the rear seat?

seats will fit 88-91 civic they are same mountings, yes i got the rear seats,
i got the si front lip but will fit only 88-89 civic.
