I don't think its illegal to photochop it.

Unless you are referring to the act of scanning currency, I don't think that in itself is illegal either..but who knows.

That sucks anyways, you should be lighting cigars with $100 bills!

Have any of you guys actually seen that old $5 or $10 canadian bill that's supposed to have an image resembling the devil? There's an older bill that looks like the devil's face is in the queen's hair or something. I think it was only around for 1 year. I remember seeing it, but can't remember which denomination or year it was.

three.eighteen.

Freaky haha

On this particular issue, a new portrait of Queen Elizabeth II was commissioned. When viewed a certain way, the highlighted areas of the Queen's hair produce the illusion of a "Devil's Face" behind her ear. This created an almost instant controversy, and although several theories arose, it was not an error or a prank but a simple illusion taken from the original photograph.
I guess it was on all denominations (until revised) in 1954.

Humans are great at picking out faces from objects/swirls/shadows/shapes.

It is illegal to repoduce money in anyway, even if it just scanning it.

So does it include taking pictures of money? And printing them in newspapers? Books?

Bah, I would like to see the day that the government gets off their ass, comes to my house, knocks on my door (assuming I answer it) and kick me in the junk for scanning or copying or defacing money...
It would be even funnier if the queen herself came ;)
