I had no problem changing brake pads on front wheels. It was easy to push the pistons back to make room for new pads. But when trying to do the same on rear wheels I could not push the pistons back. How this should be done??

You don't push the pistons back on the rear calipers. There should be a hex head screw or something on the caliper and you unscrew it to retract the piston.

Thank you for your suggestions. Yesterday I had time to try again.
As it turned out, the correct procedure to retract the pistons on back wheels on Honda Accord is to insert very wide flat screwdriver into the "cross" on the piston head and then push and turn simultaneously. A little bit of WD40 is required to help the rubber boot to slide orund the piston.
