I have Mini iPOD for sale. It has never been opened or used at all. It is a silver one and is the 4GB model (100 songs).

I am selling it for $250 since it is brand new and never been used. They are being sold at FutureShop for $349.99 plus tax. PM me if you're interested.

The Mini iPOD is still for sale. The user that told me he was going to forsure buy it when he was in town backed out all of a sudden.

The MiniIpod is still unopened and unused as I stated in the thread a while ago. The Ipod is actually a gold one though. I 'm not sure if that makes a difference to anybody or not.

The price is still $250. I think it's a fair price for an unopened brand new MiniIpod.

iPOD was received as gift therefore I do not have the receipt. The price is $250 firm. I will not accept a penny less. I really think that this is a reasonable price. Thanks and all of PM's have been answered.

So theres absolutley NO chance for receipt?? my friend in saskatoon got one from ebay, 1 year later sent it 2 apple for battery problems, found out it was stolen. He didnt get it back and got banned for apple.com, although after 3 months of appealing he got unbanned....

I can do my best to find the receipt. I know I got one with the card but I'm not 100$ sure where I put it. I'll see what I can do.

I can guarantee that the iPOD was purchased legally and is not stolen. I would not post anything stolen on this forum. The iPOD is completely ligitimate.

I haven't heard of anybody having problems with their iPODs but if something does happen I know the iPOD is under file wherever it was purchased and I can figure something out.

I received the iPOD as a gift from a family member a little while ago. She gave me the receipt with the card in case I wanted to return it or exchange it for something else. I waited too long to return it and now I can't get any money back for it...I know I kept the receipt but I am having a hard time finding it.

I am selling the iPOD because I got one as a present and I already have one.

If you're interested in the iPOD then PM or post...if your not interested then don't waste my time.

Very true, stop harassing this guy about his shit man, if it doesent sell let it die.... but it is more inticing than the group buy for one reason, in the buy u get ur ipod after 1 month....

The iPOD has been sold. Thanks for the PMs and offers from everybody. For the most part people were easy to deal with and understanding.

Future Reference: If somebody is trying to sell something then just let him or her sell the damn thing. If the price is unreasonable then let the thread die. Don't waste your own time and the sellers by trying to tell him how to do his sale.

If people just stopped posting stupid remarks it would keep threads more simple and clean. :guns:
