2003 Civic radio removal

Anyone know if the factory stereo from a 2003 Civic is secured in place with the usual 2 screws/bolts like Honda did in the early 90's? I'm helping my sister in-law replace her factory radio with a cd player. I'm not too familiar with the newer Hondas to know if it will be easy to remove. I'm supposed to do it this Saturday so any help before then would be appreciated.

7thgen, thanks for the offer but I should be okay. Sister-in-law wants to go on the cheap. Bought her cd player from Walmart on sale for $99.00 plus employee discount if this gives you any hint. Not bad a bad price I guess for a Sony unit.
