I'm takin a look at a '89 Volvo Turbo INtercooler (I think that's right)...4 cyl. all leather, CD, sunroof, very clean, almost new tires...125k miles...the tag is $1700, but I can get it down to 15 or 16...It looks like it was very well maintained, but what do I know...What do you guys know about this car? I really don't know anything about Volvos. Are there any problems inherit to this model and make? I don't want to get ripped off. Any advice would be appreciated.
