Does anyone know what the bolt size is that needs to be removed to replace the CV joints? It's the bigass one that is in the middle of the rotor. I can't seem to remember the size. Thanks.

Tape Measure..... they're all different

Oh and btw Canadian tire offers free rentals of the tools needed to remove it ..Ie: Socket and impact wrench ...all you have to pay is a (Refundable) Security deposit

have fun with that one. I think ours are a 35mm. It's called an "axle nut" and you should replace it.

After the axle nut is removed, it needs to be replaced?

And can these sockets be rented from CDN tire?

Yes ...canadian tire will rent you the socket for free ....all you have to pay is a security deposit ...which is refunded when you bring the socket back
