Hey, this may sound like a dumb question, but what's the differance between Accord EX and EXR? I'm lookin to purchase one soon.Thanks.

I think the EX-R has like 5-10 hp more

Nope, its an option package, with a slightly better handling package.....which is a rear sway bar. lol

Depends on the year, the 94-97's the ex-r were usually v6's. and had sunroofs and alloy wheels. EX's are 4 bangers. I think some of the 96-97 model EXR's if not all EXR if I'm not mistaken had leather int. too.

I've owned a 94 ex-r four door, 2.3L single cam vtec motor, it had a sunroof, alloys and all the goodies except leather......and now have a 97 ex-r coupe, 2.3L single cam vtec motor, with sunroof, upgraded alloys, leather, sunroof, etc.

how about 90-93 accord? were they 145hp for the exr? or am confusing it with something else?

We have a 92 ex-r coupe also, its 140hp, non vtec motor.
