what kind of engine swap for a 2000 civic lx 4 door

i already have everything thing exteriiior done i want, i have rims exhasust system cold air intake coilovers system gauges seats and alarm and carbon fibre dash but i hate being embaraced in races i wanna spend about 5 grand what should i get

You should put in a D-Series motor. Those things have a ton of power. :D

get a b16a, 160hp 1.6 litre and will rev high if done up right
