hey. my friend is putting an angled muffler on his car and he needs some pics of an angled muffler perferablly on a 240/180/silvia...ect. so any pics would be great thank you:thumbsup:

The reason why companies angle their mufflers is not for style, its to reduce one bend in the system, but the bend is very minor

go for a 45 degree bend before the muffler for maxium exhaust volicty and lower exhaust temperatures.

a little angle is good, not a lot! when i asked the muffler shop to angle my first exhaust, they ended up making it shoot 45* and it was :barf:


im happy with my Invidia going straight back!

Some mufflers are too long to fit in straight so they need to be angled, or else they'll stick out the back.

ok he got it angled and its not sticking out of the bumper so everyone nees to relax, it looks really good so everyone that is flaming the idea just dont even bother posting plz:guns: :whocares:
