240 sx!! question

Hey dose anyone know of a cheap 240 sx 4 sale i have seen a few on canadatrader for 1500-2000 so if anyone knows of a 240 between this price pleeze tell me, thanxx

My buddy just picked up a 93 with a tiny bit of rust, 200k km, and no options whatsoever for 3500, and he shopped around for a couple months. You might want to keep your eyes open, a really decent 240 is gonna cost a little more htna 1500-2000

and if you get one for taht cheap be prepared to spend twice that in repairs

Hmm thanxx for ur input, i found 2 in calgary 1 with 102 000 with rust for 2 grand, another 1 with 190 000 for 2 grand and 1 in edmonton not to sure about the condition but it is 1500, thanxx for your inputt ASSWIPE:werd:

don't complain if you get a lemon, you get what you pay for, i had to put out a bit for my 240

lol i use to be ignorant like him too..., dont go cheap...i did, now i have shot bushings and cracked tension rods....time for TEIN tension rods and energy suspension bushing set :D

jegger don't go and buy a $1500 240SX, you will be getting a junk car no doubt about it. If you only have 1500-2000 bucks to spend, i think you should look at other cars! everyone starts with a beater man, i've been driving my 4 door escort lx for over a year now saving up for my S13, but on Nov 6th she lands in vancover!!
just have patience, if you buy a hashed 240 you'll be able to drive it for a matter of months and then when it falls apart you won't be able to afford the repairs of that size and you'll be out of a car!
if your really confident that these ones your looking at are in decent condition than go for it but as all of us will say, you've been warned:tongue:

Just because the body is in good condition, doesn't mean everything else is going to be.. You can have alot more damage to the car then just the engine having high K's...

Stop being a jerk to these people when you're asking for help and their giving you advise. If you want a car for that price - WTB:240sx $1000-2000, good body please - in market place.

I bought mine for 1150... full catback (Apexi), K&N filtercharger, and a repair bill for over 800, lol. I still ended up with a damn good deal, but its very rare!

i know of a guy with one sellin for $2000 it's a Blue 89 Hatchback 5spd. Cant remember what the milage was, but it does have come with 15inch rims. PM me and I'll give you his info.
