Charging Cell?

Is it better to wait for a battery in a cell phone to completely run out before charging it? It's sort of inconvenient to wait until it dies, if it's at one bar of four when you're going to sleep. :P

the first 2 charges you should let the battery completely charge out, and then you can charge it whenever really,

And about ever 3 months let it completely go dead then charge it again.

You don't need to let it die completely each and every time. Just make sure you do it once in a while. I try to do it once every 2 weeks.
