i think around a month ago or 6 weeks ago, i remember somehting happening to one of the owners (im not sure what but something was in the paper) and then soon there after they shut their doors.

Hmm i dont have any real answers, but i tried my best

The shop has been inactive for awhile. I went by for a couple of An fittings awhile ago and was greeted with locked doors..
Its kinda to bad, they were one of the Calgary's longtime chassis/fab shops, even though it did change hands a couple of years ago...end of an era....maxt

I did notice that alot of the things they sold in the front were way over-priced, espicially their U-bends. bad location aswell. not enough people with a million dollars building full frame race cars i guess (isn't that obvious?)

Yah the prices were somes tims iffy, but they had shit no one else had... I remember when I was having problems with C&R radiator, they gave me some contact info to try and help me out...
I just don't like seeing any motorsports shop close really, since its such a small game here and hard to get stuff sometimes..maxt

Now that's crappy....they may have been overpriced but they got me fittings others couldn't. I might go check the auction out, could use a welder.

I for one only ever had my exhaust done there... was far out of my way to do much other business with them. For that one time they were good guys easy to talk with and more than happy to give me exactly what i wanted

And the worksmanship on my exhaust is seriously second to none. i know a few people that have had exhaust done at unlimited and carline... Carline looks like absolute shit in comparison. Unlimited is better, but when they are priced almost the same it makes it look pretty bad.

Maxt said it right when he said "I just don't like seeing any motorsports shop close really, since its such a small game here and hard to get stuff sometimes.."
