Does anybody know how much it would cost (approximately) to rebuild a 1988 Prelude Si(b20a5) cylinder head?

Thanks

All depends on what needs to be done:

Cylinder head machining (if it's warped or uneven) prob like 150-200

Valve seat grinding? Valve job?

New cam?New valves?Rockers?

All depends on what shape the head is and what components are required.

The timing belt snapped so i guess it's valve job!

just find one @ pyp & grab the head off that, at least you would be able to drive your car til you got the other one rebuilt, or rebuild it yourself its not that hard to do.

doing it the right way id expect up to a grand for a 16valve probably 600 or so for an 8 valve

just getting it going... probably under a hundred bucks to replace all the seals head gasket and other gaskets
