Rice, Seaweed, Fish. Cant be that bad for you.

Its not, the only fat is in the fish which is full of Omega-3 fatty acids which are good for you. Maybe the avocadoes that are in some rolls are a little high in cholesterol but its such a small portion who cares. All in all I can't think of too many other "perfect" foods compared to sushi!

I've heard that the rice is buttered up a bit. other than that, it should be pretty healthy.

I'm sure sushi is quite healthy... just look at the japanese people! They live the longest!

I heard it's because they never eat until they can't walk anymore! They tend to eat up to 70-75% full.

Nevertheless, I'd go nuts on the sashimi if you want to cut down on the rice :D

Rice is killer if you're on low-carb.

Mercery isn't that bad if it's ocean fish but still, with incresing ocean pollution, I won't eat more than once a week.
