How good is mtx audio, ive seen it everyewhere but its so expensive for no performance. Anyone disagree????????

I disagree. I have a pair of 10" MTX and they sound pretty reasonable to me.

I do think they are a little overpriced though. They are comparable to any other of the regular crap you see in the big electronic stores.

i really liked the old school mtx back in the days of thunder cast and thunder pro:thumbsup:
i think there new stuff is not as good as the old:dunno:

I've got 4 10" mtx thunders in my hatch, they were a hundred bux a piece at future shop on sale. Had em fer two years and they still pound like new, and quite well, I'm happy with them

I've got an MTX 6000 10" with a rockford 400w amp, very good setup, pounds hard and the amp isn't even juiced all the way

I've owned 2 blue thunder amps from them and they rock. Each come with a certificate with actual output ratings. One of them produced 100watts rms over spec.

Yeah i got one too. Rated at 75 but benched over 100rms.

I had 2 BLue Thunder amps, they were outstanding! I remember when the Blue Thunder 1502 came out, it was reviewed better than the Fosgate stuff at the same time for half the price.

I had a 12" MTX sub and man did it pound. I am thinking about selling my 2 12" jls and buy 2 MTX's
