Matrix base add 17"rims possible?

Is that only XR can add 17"? But base model cound't? Cause choose base with Option still cheaper than XR, I don't really needs ABS, moonroof, skirts......so...

How about asking a Toyota dealer? They would know for sure as you would have to buy the car from them in the 1st place.

AFAIK for the 2004 models, 17inch rims are optional on the XR FWD model and not the base. In 2005 you they are not an option at all and comes standard on the XRS. At least according to Toyota.ca

You're better off getting an aftermarket 17" package. Keep the stock ones for winter.
