What to buy? Probe GT or Celica GTS

im looking to buy a car around 7 g's and i love the look of celica's but ive kinda been noticing that probes can come a bit cheaper than celicas in good condition and i know probes are faster too but i can't make up my mind. oh by the way as far as years go im talkin 94 ish probe GT and 90-93 celica GT-S. Anybody have any wisdom or experience that can help me decide between the two?

my personal preference is celica gts. if u got a bit more cash, there was one of those style celicas but it was alltrac turbo, goin for 8,500.

probes just dont cut it, if you want an american car get a V8 if you want a 4cylinder get an import.

tell that to my friend who runs a probe engine and has 300whp and is faster then any car he's met in Calgary yet. the probe engine is damn solid. You can boost 8psi or so and make huge numbers on a completely stock KLDE (I think that's the engine, anyway) bottom end. Probe GTs are quicker then most civics I've seen. buy that one black probe right there - it's the only one I've ever seen that I like :D

Personally I would suggest the Celica, Toyota's run fovever, they are extremely dependable. The Probe is a good car and definetly faster but it comes down to what you are looking for, speed or reliability?

Get the GT, its a mazda engine so its more reliable than a fords engine and the probes are really sharp lookin cars (fuck look at matts above! hah)
