So I caved and bought a new program that lets me store multiple boost/timing programs and flip between them. It also apparently lets me tweak the programs. So I have 91 and 93 stock USA maps.

If I'm using Husky 94, I should bring down the 93 timing a tad and only raise the boost? Or does the USA use ethanol in their 93?

Thanks!

Ok generally - raising octane with ethynol = less aggressive timing, more boost?

Short answer... go to a dyno ;).

Long answer... depends on where your timing's at. If it's at maximum safe ignition retard, then you would keep the timing the same and just raise boost + match the fuel. In which case you can turn up the boost more, dial in a bit more retard, and still have the same octane requirement. When you go up in octane, you can turn up the boost without changing timing, but you can run more boost by retarding the timing to whatever your engine deems a safe limit.
