How to install chrome cluster rings

How do I open the plastic over the display cluster to install rings around the tach, speedometer, gas, and temp, gauges.

not really sure what your asking here.....but if your still having problems PM me..I did it in my car and found it VERY easy......They look great....you'll be so happy when you get them in.
