FWD to AWD conversion costs.

Wondering how much it would cost to do this. Sound like a neat thing to do. I wanna do it to my celica.

honestly I think that would be a HUGE waste of money, you would be better off selling your celica and buying an awd car

You have posted a few times about swapping a 3SGTE into your celica, and now cenverting your 7th gen into AWD. For the cost of all of that, why don't you find a used All-trac, and mod that platform instead? In the end, it will cost you less than doing a crazy engine + AWD swap into a 7th gen Celica, which is going to cost a lot as everything has to be fabbed uniquely for the car.

Or buy another AWD turbo platform and mod that, like a WRX, DSM, an Audi Quattro, etc. Or import a 15 year old Celica GT-Four from Japan. Just move on from trying to convert your 7th gen Celica into a turbo All-Trac, and we'll all be happier.

wait till u can import a 1994 celica gt4 form japan, and do that. IMO one of the best toyotas made to date.
