Where to get a good price Laptop?

Hi guy's. Looking for a PC laptop for around $1500 to $1800. My dad is turning 60 on saturday and would like to get him a nice laptop. What would you guy's recommend. Also where can i find good deals on them. Any info would be great.

For what? Games? or just internet? Becuase there is a few cheaper laptops at futureshop now. If they still have the sale, Or you could buy mine ;)
