Ill be upgrading my computer in about 2 weeks (when i move back to calgary)...at that time ill have an Athlon processor (1.3Ghz) & a MoBo for sale.

man i picked up a XP-M 2500+ for like $118 at www.ncix.com

This processor is one of the most overclockable ones on the market. There is guys running them at 2.5G with minimal cooling.

Or you can get the regular 2500+ for $107

I'm not looking for an overclocker, I just want something inexpensive to use as a tester/backup.

Are you in any rush? I have a 2500+ (I think it's a Barton core) that might be available in a couple weeks, if I can figure out a decent upgrade worth going for. I'm not 100% sure just yet though. I might wait until some Christmas sales come around instead. It's only been in use for about 4 months.
