It needs to be taken apart and put back together again? Did the 3 bezel buttons just stop working after you took it apart?

If this is the case I would make an offer on the phone.

the buttons on the bezel just need a cleaning im sure. a new housing or even a clean most likely would fix it. Im sure its just from dust.

If the phone needs to be "cleaned cuz the buttons don't work supposedly cuz of dust" then there is no guarantee the cleaning will fix it...

needs to be cleaned? do you mean that there is dust or somethign which is preventing the buttons from being pushed down properly? ive had a couple of V70s and the buttons on the bezel just start to die off by themselves and cleaning it may not fix it. However, getting a new bezel (quite cheap) would probably fix the problem.

Good luck with the sale, the V70 was the most :bigpimp: phone ive ever owned..until my inno 55 gets here that is :D
