Latest - Greatest Beyond Hockey Pictures (started by FD)!

Went to the Oval last Saturday evening. Watched a little intramural hockey. A few beyond members are on the team. So here are some pictures. I should tell you -- we all know that Ben, here on beyond, takes totally kick-ass action photos when it comes to sports. But you see, I'm a little different. I like to photograph the "action behind the lens". So these pictures would be from the point of view of someone sitting on the players’ bench – photographing the emotion that follows suit to a winning or losing game. In this case, the beyond team lost. But they fought well – and it was the first game of the season. :)

Well, I was at last night's game (Oct. 19th) with my camera, so here's my pics. I still despise the lighting in the Oval, and coupled with the fact that my camera isn't exactly top-of-the-line, they kinda look like ass. Plus I was shooting through rather marked-up glass. Ah, well, enough excuses:rolleyes:

Great pics man, if class was an issue, u were more then welcome to come on the bench. I wasnt sure if you were the guy who was coming or not, but if i woulda known, i woulda been more than happy to invite you on the bench

FD and ben came on the bench when they came to the game, its not strict, so its not really a big deal :thumbsup: hope to see you at the next one

ya Ben told me that the lighting in there were brutal... haha
