Plaque mounting of photos.

hey, not sure where i should put this so i put it here.... does anyone know of any places in the city other chan kinos and londin drugs that does plaque mounting of photos? the bigger the better...


i called LD and their prices are reasonable they wanted about $40 for printing and mounting of a 20x24 photo
Kinkos wants $80 for the same thing...


problem is the biggest LD does is 20x24 and i'd like to have something like 24x36 or so (kinos wants $100+ for this which is way too much IMO)


any other places i could try?

I would contact someone from ClubVeeDub. Thats how they make the awards for their shows every year.

Vistek does some very nice mounting, you can even get your photos mounted on canvas then put on a plaque...give them a call and see what their prices are...i think they can mount fairly large sizes, they can print up to 44"x44" so maybe they can mount almost or just as big :dunno:

My mom works at Bob's create-a-frame in strathcona. She could do any size for you but I'm not too sure on price.

i called around, an they all want like $100+ anywhere except LD so i thinkim gonna just end up getting a 24x36 print and putting it in one of those "frameless frames" the ones that just have a few clips holding it together... menat for posters. but thanks for the suggestions.



btw if anyone is intrested the cheapest i found any large size is costco, you caname it nay dimensions up to 1500sq inches... for like $80 but that does not include the print.
