2-3 thats pretty late... the only places I can think of that will be open are the bars, pool halls, night clubs and a couple random places here and there.

Ok an update. So far confirmed 4 people possibly up to 7 or 8. I also have my name on the guest list for Tantra if anyone is wanting to go there. No my ideal choice but its been a while since Ive been there anyways.
