in all seriousness.

go to the pharmacy that is kitty-corner to stadium keg

ask for a type of essential oil - marjoram

open this jar every night before you go to sleep and close it when you wake up.

worked for me.

If it's really bad, go see a sleep specialist. Could be aleep apnea. Get it checked out.

mmmm...i've never tried it, but t heard there are "special" pillows out there that are suppose to help you reduce your snoring

Try sleeping on your side, rather than on your back?

There's also these nose plug thingys that you can get at a pharmacy that minimizes your snoring I believe... might need a prescription... not too sure.

Grab two of these, one for your nose and one for your mouth

Try sleeping on your side. If you're overweight, here's another reason to shed some pounds. Chloraseptic or any other throat numbing spray is a temporary solution - might give her enough time to sleep before the freight train can be heard again. If that doesn't work, yeah see a sleep specialist.

They have vests that you can wear to bed that have a tennis ball on the back so it's uncomfortable and you sleep on your stomach or side, hence getting rid of a big cause of snoring.

of course they would tell you that it works, it's their ad, their product
they want ppl to buy their product
they wouldn't trash their own product

Have one, doesn't work, I think it made me louder!

Try sleeping on your side.

Again, doesn't work, all that happens is it changes the volume and tone of my snoring!

I'm hopeless!

LoL i dont know if its because its the beginning of the week or lack of sleep...but this made me laugh my ass off...oh god beyond kicks ass

But in all seriousness there are some pills out there that supposedly help with that...and some people use those "breathe right" strips on their nose that helps them breathe better at night.. you can try those?

that essential oil (marjoram) will set you back about $20

also, and i dont know what you look like, weight loss is a big factor in this too.

i dropped 10 lbs (after i tried all the above) and found i didnt have to use the oil so much

I'd like to know as well, I'm not overweight, I'm underskinny. Haha, Nah, I'm about 6'2" and 170 pounds, so not sure if thats average or anything.

But ya, snoring sucks. I've woken myself up doing it, hahaha.

Drew, are you being serious?!?
If so I gotta ask, what's louder - you or your big-ass exhaust?

BTW, are you still looking for a front bumper? I'm getting a used one from Edmonton to work on over the winter. When it's done and installed, I'll sell you my old one cheap. Needs a little work, but not that bad.
