How to adapt manifold..

How do you adapt my ford f150 manafolds to bolt right up to say a t4 or any garrett / holset turbo, are there any adapter plates I can get,

I cannot find any turbo headers for my 4.6 v8 f150.


Also I was thinking of constructing a twin kit, what kind of turbo's do you reccomend, I was thinking of two junkyard t3's? (i'm looking for 6-12 psi) dont wanna kill my poor clutch..

yup yup he does, you can also do it yourself if u got the time to put into it.

get some headers, and put them on upsidedown, thats how the v8 guys normaly do it.:) two supra turbos would be a good choice aswell.
