CSI 2400/2500 remote starter

I am having problems getting my Command Star remote starter to work now that the cold weather is here. It was installed by a vender who kept the wiring and user guide. I need to troubleshoot the light sequence when I press the starter. Does anybody have the document I need to investigate?

When you start it do the lights flash 10 or 15 times? This means the unit is in "tach Lockout" mode.
If so, turn the on/off switch off, push both buttons on the remote, and the lights will flash 15 times or so. Turn the switch back on, and try the starter again.

I do have programming available.
Let me know if it is a 2400, or 2500. The programming is different. There should be a sticker on the side of the unit.
