View Full Version : G2 Integra: What does your car rev at?

I was in my girlfriends 92 GS-R the other night and we were on deerfoor going about120km/h, I looked over at the tach and it was at 4500rpm. Does any one know what the final drive on the car is? and what do you other Integras rev at?

That sounds about right, when I first got my car it didn't seem right either, way too high, but its cool. I don't know the mechanics behind it unfortunately.

On my G1 120km/hr was around 4000-4500 in 5th gear. I think it had a 4.75 final drive though.

Sounds right on, I too was suprised with the high rev. GSR redline 8100rpm:thumbsup:

the RS/LS/GS have longer gears..
I do 120 at 3400-3500 rpm
at 4200 or so im doing 140 (accident I swear..:angel: )

i always knew it was weird, i just wasnt sure. in my RX-7 my 4th gear revs at about 4000 when im going 120km/h. at 4500 in 5th gear im going 200km/h, talk about tall gears!

Talon: 110km/hr 2500 rpm. Never had it faster since the speed limit max in Alberta is 110.

The 92-93 has a gear ratio of 4.400.

At 100km/h im at about 3900rpm.

Red RX-7 is Justin? haha

Ya i can pull to about 160km/h in 4th very easy... probably around 4.5k... Switch into 5th and i'm down to around 3-3.5K around 120-140km/h...
I love RX-7's...:D

haha oddly enough I have a pic of my car @ 120km/h

edit...and it's an RS, so the RPM is obviously lower than a GS-R

at 150 in 4th I wont be that high, 120 in 5th I will be at 2250
in the hemi 1800 in my jimmy 3ish
