Brake rotors are warped. Replace them, or get them machined if still possible

It could also be control arm bushings.
Start with having the front rotors turned and if the shaking is still there start pricing out bushings.

what's with calgary bmw?
I had my oil changed there last april.,, they gave me a list of what should be done with my car...

Front Brakes.....393.00 +tax
front ball joints.....268 +tax
tie rod ends 391 +tax
compressor belt 76.00 +tax
Tranny ouptput and shafter seals 417.00 +tax
power steering hose 382.00 tax

Also they told me that the ball joints was installed incorrectly that it must be replaced...,and that is one of the reason the steering wheel is shaking..

Now get this!!...my brother in law is an auto mechanic...the only reason i didn't bring it to him is because i bought a BMW instead of the 4runner he recommend....I brought him my car yesterday ,,and picked it up today,,,and wow the car runs great....,,,he told me that all he has done are the front brake rotors... just got it machined,,,he said that the ball joints are ok,,tie rods are not bent...The car is in good condition....

Dealerships are all like that. They will try to sell you anything just to get your money.

good chances your powersteering hose IS leaking... just liek the rest of ours... but there is an alternative DIY that will save u hundreds.
my steering was shaking because of worn out balljoints and my tie rods were replaced at the same time. and because of the shaking... the front brakes wore out faster and were replaced too. my shaking only happened when i was turning at higher speeds not braking.

i found my brakes vibrate only when i wash my car and the rotors were still hot cuz it get warped
