is it possible... cause i've always wondered... if u can go somewhere like a big make and they'll make u the car u want for a price... like if i'm lookin at cars from the early 90's... by the time i could afford something like it... they'll all have extensive miles... and u know... i would want it "new"... so could i walk up to them and say "could u make me a 1990 300zx" they'd do it? and all of the parts be new? completely stock...?

doubt it, unless you take it to some custom car shop. And they build the car from scratch.

YOu get some kit car companies building ac cobra's and daytona coupes. So i guess if you throw enough money at them they'll build you any car. :dunno:

Car manufactures might keep original programs stored.

building a car from scratch will be super expensive since its being handbuilt (like double or triple the brand new price) and reliability cant be gauranteed as well either.

are you 14?

for a more helpful answer, go to http://www.importconcern.ca/ and import a 300ZX from there. they have one for sale right now, already in Edmonton, with 15,500 kilometers on the odometer (it's a 1990 I believe) and a bunch of aftermarket parts for $14,000. JDM cars are usually very low mileage (you can find late-80s RX-7s with less then 70,000km easily, once I saw one with ~20,000 on it) and they are priced much better then domestic cars.

Uhh yeah, just go t the Nissan dealership & tell them you want to order a new 1990 300ZX:rolleyes: ........Or we can build a time machine:thumbsup:

But I agree with Bumpin Talon, go JDM, or look everywhere & you might luck out & find an older 300 thats mint.:dunno:

Edit: If you could do that people wouldn't spend so much time & money restoring cars now would they?

umm yeah... defianately not possible. Why not just rebuild the engine or something on a 300zx. Or go jdm and find a low km car

ok, just wanting to know... it was mainly a question of curiosity... cause i wasnt sure if like a make could just throw away the machines that manufactured the old year parts... so i thought if u had connections and threw enough money at them that they could do it...

was never seriously considering doing this, i'd have to be a fool, especially since i'm pretty broke yall, i drive a friggin 96 accord... :nut:

Buy the whole Nissan manufacture .. that is the only way ....

Actually, nissan did that before, few yr ago, (yr 2001 ? ) they made 50 or whatever amount of brand new "1989" R32 Skyline GT-R ! :D as a "limited edition" GT-R :)

I want to buy a "brand new" 1993 RX-7 now as well .. since they costed $35K 11 yr ago ! ... :D
