Need alil help(240sx)

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me. I had to replace my clutch master cyclinder, now the car smells like it burning clutch. and the cars not responding like it use to and i think it has to do with the adjusting the push rod but I've been playing with it and still no good. If anyone has any other idea or measurments I could try please let me know.

Did you bleed it?

could also be your slave cylinder....did you change your slave cylinder as well?
