Where to buy C16 magazine?

Just wondering if anyone knows a place in the city where I can buy this magazine... I have seen parts of it on the net and it looks really good...

ive seen it at chapters. its a dumb mag tho. its all about "import culture y0" and other stupid highschool shit. not much of a "car" mag. and its ghey...u have to flip it over halfway thru reading it to keep reading.

Hmm... well i might have to go take a look...better than it being at 7-11 and getting yelled at when i try to flip through to see if I want to buy it.
