1992 Lexus sc400

I own a auto repair garage. I am an asc certified mechanic, but there are times when i need outside help. now is one of them.
I had a 1992 Lexus SC400 towed into my shop 2 weeks ago. I replaced the starter ( you have to take the top part of the motor off to get to it) now i have no spark and no noid. i have gone over this car 3 times taking it apart each time and can find nothing wrong. Please Help

For spark check all the grounds for the spark module/coil packs, my friend had the same problem on a 7MGTE (supra) motor. Noid??
