Im looking for a set of coil overs for my del sol in around the 300-400 range of price so if you guys could tell me what you got or could get.

not really...i considered 300-400$ cheap

you dont just buy coilovers, u should buy aftermarket shocks/strut...or else your just gonna blow your stock struts.
