Holt sucks. No stock. Call the LV store in banff, they stock everything there and can ship to calgary.

Probably somewhere in between. :dunno: Your crazy if you ask me man, but hey.....if you got the money.

LV is so played out, get her something else. For that amount of money, I would buy my gf things she really needs, not some ugly brown bag. But hey thats just me.

Not taking the runway and limited edition stuff into account, a small handbag on average is anywhere from $290 for a Monogram Pochette, $385 for an Epi Pochette (non-monogram), $400 for a Damier Navona (checkered) and $650 for a multicolor.

:guns: :guns: to all the LV haters. :D

aren't damier pochettes the same price as monogram?

anyways

just browse www.eluxury.com for selection and USD prices

Those prices are rediculous. Louis must be laughing his rich little gay ass off thinking of all the people carrying around a bag that he literally made 30,000 % on. Haha, idiots is what he thinks.

But ya, the store in banff has a bunch of over priced merchandise.

I'm selling the multicolored bags. Black and white. My white one is basically new. I have all tags, gift box, paper bag..everythign I got when I bought them at the store.

BTW: The multi colored are $652 brand new.

^^ Yes, if your gf likes the multicolored one buy it from RSexy b/c hers are like new.

But I agree, LV is soooo ridiculously overpriced. I don't see the need for them to have two 6% price increases a year when its clear they already make so much money. Regardless, people will always buy Louie and I'm one of the suckers :(

BTW - Louis Vuitton is dead. The brand didn't really get big until his grandson Henry Vuitton took over the business.

Maybe they are just making an example of the brand.

LV=GAY

no matter how rich you are buying LV is gay.
price does not equal coolness and the fact that those bags are the ugliest things ive ever seen

if your gonna get your girlfriend something get her something that looks nice and is affordable...like the old saying goes

"its the thought that counts"

seriously how many people here like the way an LV bag looks?
no offense or n e thing but ive seen nicer ROOTS bags.

ohh yah sorry that my post doesnt answer your question.
but ebay is a good place to look, true theres a lot of fake shit on it but you can find good dealers of brand name stuff that arent overpriced like 50%, especially on shit like LV

You can spend $200 on Roots purses and they will be worth nothing after use but you can spend $200 on LV and still get up to 90% of your money back after use from selling them. Nothing gay about that and I don't see any other brand that can offer you a better return on retail.

Actually, my bf likes my blue optic Coach purse more than any of my LVs and it was my cheapest purse.

^^

Although I love LV, as of recent I have been buying other brands.

My favorite bag is my pink burberry lola bag. I don't have a Coach bag though. I don't think I ever will.

Anyways, I buy most of my LV from Banff. Its a nice drive too if you have the time. :)

How are the prices of the Banff LV store compared with Holt Renfrew?

t-im
11-29-2004, 04:53 AM
pricing is exactly the same

and basically standardized around the world..the only differences i've encountered were exchange differences, and thats fairly minor
