WTB: Cheap COMPLETE computer system

I need a complete tower for around $300-400. I do not want to have to buy anything more, because i'm giving it to a little guy who does not have the knowledge or the ability to purchase parts and add them.

Ideally, i'm not very picky, but it should be reasonably new, have decent capacity to connect to the internet and word processing, include enough software to get him up and running.

A video card would be nice to have. If you have a system and a very good video card, let me know and i'll buy the video card for myself if you give me a deal for the system and the card.

Keep in mind, at computer surplus, the system I was looking at:

AMD Athlon 2400+
256mb
40gb HD
internal sound lan video
Case and Power supply
Necessary hookups
$400

I don't necessarily need a monitor, but we can work something out if it's a decent one.
