Hey Playa...

To give others some ideas on great exercises, name the SINGLE exercise that you enjoy doing the most.

Can either be a move in the gym, a sport, a form of cardio, or a strength training exercise...

Hey Playa...

Mine would have to be what I call the 'arm-curl combo':

Using an inclined bench start with two dumbells in each hand straight down. First move is to do an overhand bicep curl so the weights are up to your chest, second move is to push them straight up and out simulating a bench-press.

Muscles worked: forearms, biceps, triceps, pecs, lats, and traps.

depending on the mood, either the "mouse click" or the "xbox button push", and on occasion "tv remote press"
muscles worked: right index finger. both index fingers, both thumbs. right thumb.

in reality, sit up/crunches or any form of them...all im good at doing

I like working out and all, but if I had to choose something I enjoy most it would be mountain biking, wall climbing, or snowboarding.

In the gym, it's either situps or bench press. Simple, rewarding.

1. Tricep rope pulldowns
2. Incline bench press
3. Standing dumbell rows

reverse pile driver for me!

Works out the quads and a bit of the lower back...depending if you want to curl her up too, you may get a bit of an arm workout! :thumbsup:

Hey Playa...

Knee dips are also a favorite of mine. Yesterday after a 'Monday Night Chicken Wing' schalacking I decided to step them up a notch.

I got 8 hours of sleep last night and did a good warm-up and cool-down but I can still barely do stairs today... time to go stretch them out a bit.
