Im going to add to the many wtb 240 threads. Mine was in an accident but the engine is recoverable.

Id like to buy one with engine working or not. Post what you got. I have up to $2000.

Btw, I am very serious about this and any offers I will show up cash in hand.

As an added incentive, I will pay whoever finds me one that I buy, $50. Please help a previous 240 owner out.

Greg

Problem with that is alberta's car's 90% of the time are cheaper than any other western province. Northern alberta is a bit cheaper though. Check on 780 tuners

ok man, I don't wanna get your hopes up or anything, but a 92 S40SX LE was just towed into my bro's shop. Apparently the engine is cooked (spun the bearing and ate the crank). If the customer doesn't want it anymore and decided to trade it in I wll let you know. (now I just have to talk my bro out of buying it).

Definitely let me know, thanks a lot for your help. Is this the fastback, and automatic or manual?

K talked to my bro again today... the 240 is still sitting there, it's a fastback BTW with a 5 speed, it's got 252k, and leather interior (I didn't think they came with leather). The downside is that I think its a HICAS car. The customer said he wants to fix it, but still hasn't come up with the cash. I have talked my bro out of buying it though. I will PM you as soon as I find out anything.
