with tasteful mods civics can look sweet yes....but you must be driving something pretty slow to call em fast!
what is your budget dude? are we talking 3K? 6K? 10K?

I'd say buy a Scion tC if you live in the us. Nice and cheap and tunable. You could also get a nissan sentra se-r spec v, a little bit more expensive but 175 horse and 180 ft/lb of toque, crazy fast

^or not
if u dont need to, dont buy something brand new, cars depreciate take advantage of that
depends on ur budget, and wat ur goal is, how much power? all go in striaght line? a track car?

depending on ur budget and skills...
if ur budget is low, but u got some mechanic skills urself, buy a DSM.

if ur budget is a bit higher go for an s13 and motor swap it/turbo it.

if u want sumthing really reliable and fwd (good for winter) get a sentra se-r spec v...they are pricey tho.

it all depends on ur price range, if winter driving is an issue, and if u want tons of reliability.
