HI guy coudl somsoen plz h\tell me what is the problem with my car 1990 HONDA ACCORD EXR there is a gas smell help pzl

well a gas smell comming from your exhaust would be that you need new Spark plugs, rotor, and cap, im taking it that this only happens when you just start your car, right, if when it warms up the smell changes to a roten egg smell then that would be the culprit, black smoke is an indication of high concentrations of Fule in the Exhaust meaning that it was still in a liquid form when it was being combusted,,
try giving you=r car a Tune up and if the problem still persists then you probabaly need to start looking at the Fuel Settings

i get shitty mileage (400km on a 50L tank...1.6L engine)...and i idle at around 1400...

would this be a oinda engine?
if it is try Cleaning your Intake plenum Purge Valve, or if so equiped , it might be time to change out the EGR Diaphram
