im still lookin for my first car, and im open to some ideas on what i should get. what are your ideas of some half-decent cars for a decent price? im lookin for somethin fun to drive, looks alright, and isnt the slowest thing on the road, but im a student, so cheaper, the better if possible. something that i can work on and mod in the future would be alright too. im open to any suggestions, so please lemme kno what cars you like. preferably 4 bangers or some 6's. thanks alot everyone.:)

im lookin under 5 g's forsure :P since thats the biggest loan i can get right now.. and it doesnt matter too much as for fwd rwd or awd. rwd would be nice, but its not super important.. im just looking for a somewhat solid first car that i can have some fun with:)

fun, solid, rwd = S13b (91-93 nissan 240sx)
a lil more reliable, fwd(better for winter) = DA9 (90-93 integra, i would get the gsr)

those are both pretty good for having fun, modding them, etc. the integra would be cheaper to mod initially, but the 240 could end up being faster.

anyone got more suggestions?

why does everyone say gsr?? how are they fun?? they are slow, ff no torque. buy a 240, even though I thin they are slow as well, more fun for a first car, buy a probe turbo, fast and fun, nobody likes them but they beat everybody

for second gen the rs/gs are the same motor but gs coems with abs and some other options. GSR has b17a motor.

for 3rd gen rs/gs same thing as 2nd gen, but now they have b18b. GSR has b18c1, and type R has b18c5.

speed wise its rs/gs>gsr>type r (type r only applies in 3rd gen).
