is it true if your losing weight you are also losing muscle as well??
because i've been working out for a year(weight traning) at the beginning i weight 215 and know i weigh 202..height 6'4'..

depends how fast you are losing weight, 1-2lbs a week is the most fat you can lose without losing muscle too, depends how you are eating as well, if you got stronger during the year then i would venture a guess and say you lost mostly fat, best way to tell is the mirror or progress pics

Hey Playa...

It all depends on your lifestyle. You said you are working out. So with proper exercise as long as you are getting adequate amounts of sleep and food, you should be gaining muscle.

If you are living this healthy lifestyle and you are losing weight then yes it is most likely fat that you are losing.

The only 100% accurate way to answer your question would be for you to take body fat percentages at various times of the year and analyze those results.
