My friends Civic was stolen from the Sait parking lot this morning.

White 1999 Honda Civic Si
VHC-628
Exhaust
Chin
Rear Lip
Lowered
Black housing headlights

Not to hard to miss eventho its a civic.

Any help would be appreciated. PLZ POST

I'll keep my eyes open, sorry to hear. What the hell is going on in this city? I think everyone has to become more aware of where they leave they're car and how it's protected. Such a bad time to have a car stolen, as if they're isn't enough stress with finals around the corner...

Are Hondas being targeted? There have been a string of Integra/Civics being stolen recently.........I park at SAIT and I seriously wonder if I could be next!

Yeah I park my civic at SAIT from time to time too...fuck those lots are supposed to be watched by the attendants! SO sorry to hear about this man, I'm doing my final news writing article on honda theives, getting the police involved as well as some victims...my honda was broken into a month and a half ago, luckily the car was still there and all they got was my deck...I will be keeping my eye out for you

I will keep a look out for the car, and listen very closely to see if anyone is selling cheap civic parts. I am so worried about getting my integra, putting in all that work and time and having some fucking piece of shit steal my car and sell the parts for 80% off to support his drug addiction.

Whoever did this will pay a thousand fold in hell :guns:

i agree with you guys, its not fun at all living in fear of your hard earned pride and joy being stolen by some punk kids who think there cool.

Chris im really sorry to hear that your car was stolen.

i was actually really thinking about buying one of those quick release hubs for my steering wheel, i think it would be a very wise investment for all honda/acura owners!

i will DEFINATLY keep my eyes open.

yo, i see your car at sait all the time...dope ride... NEVER park in the parkade unless its on the top or entry floor...I got jacked in the basement.

P-lot is hella scary 2... every 10 yards there is broken glass from some doods window..(no joke)

I saw one with a huge ass rock on the passanger seat, every thing was jacked.

I fear i will get jacked again, no doubt it will happen... though my compu-star does got crazy range, (it goes into senator burns all over... basement too :)) But bastards are quik, and toll booth bitches dont give a fuck...

Always park your cars in higher traffic areas! :)

I think it is time to install hidden Fuel injector kill switch in the our cars now....

at least the thief would have to get a tow truck to get the car out...and I think that's pretty noticable....in any parking lot, or street.

A tow truck is noticeable, but how many people stop and question a tow truck when he's hookin up to a car? People would just think he didnt pay to park, so off the car goes.

you got a point.....but how often is it for thief to spend money to get money....(I think the idea of stealing would be to get some free money out of expanse of the other, so they probably won't spend money on tow truck and then decide which car to jack) besides I haven't run across any ads for second hand tow truck.

but seriously, we need to find those who commit car jacking and beat the crap out of them.

Get a Wheel Lock the thief can just saw your steering wheel....get a Brake Lock... hmmm this would be a better protection right?

Thats the reason why Civics and Integra's are most stolen...
lots of punk kids cant afford legit products so they have to look for an alternative.... this is a great opportunity for people who have no future to make some quick and big cash.

as i said before, people should really think about getting a detachable steering wheel hub. Works 100% of the time against theft!

what would happen if when you are turning and it accidently fall off, aren't you foked??? :)

that is a bit too risky for me I think, but yeah unless thief starts to bring his/her own hub....then, they probably just need a tow truck then.. :P

all the hubs are dot approved and they come with twin locking systems, impossible to just "fall off"...

Sorry to here, that it's a damb shame.
My car was broken into a few months ago they tride to take the whole car but my compustar told me my door was open and when i came out they were just leaving in there car.guess they gave up on mine,good thing too because i would not be very happy if they got away.I had to get my wires re-conected for my alarm and new stearing collum.i'll keep my eyees open for you

Has this car been recovered? because it was spotted being driven around at U of C today inside Lot 12 (December 10th) at 5:10pm. License plate matches too.

Call your buddy or get him to post his number on here so he can be contacted cuz someone is driving his car to scout out another car to jack. It looks like they are targetting a black civic that was parked inside Lot 12 about 10 minutes ago.

Cops were notified about the car being at U of C but the person trying to follow the civic lost it.

I started an email forward. The word is out, and the jig is up.
I know a lot of people, and I am confident is saying between beyond and my efforts a great mass of people are aware of your friend's car being stolen.

It's a matter of time before they slip up. There is litterally an army of people watching out for your car, and you cant escape the watching eyes of a city united.

If they are 'pros' they wouldn't be driving the car around lot 12.

I mean if the entire car is intact (not sure, from Kenny's post), then what the hell was the point in stealing it? Joyriding? The car could just be sitting in some guys garage.

Hope it gets back soon.

Anyways if nobody knows the owner of the black civic that they were looking at, someone should at least leave a note and let them know to maybe leave the car at home for a little while.

I'll keep an eye out at the university tomorrow.

Also...Kenny, you said the car following the civic lost it. Did the civic know they were following them?

Everyone,

I thanks for your efforts in looking out for my car. My car was recovered yesterday just after 12pm at Richmond and Flander's Drive or road..can't remember. The damage is extensive. I'll post pics when I can get the chance.

Here is the photo's...well..some of them. There is damage in every bit of the car....even the interior. The bastards were smoking in my car as well. As for the insurance, I'm not to sure on what they are going to do. I will find out soon enough.

I know there is more damage to the car, including the suspension and rims. I'm will know the extent of the damage next week. Also, I used to have a system in the trunk, now all that is left is just wires.
