WTB : (up to $5000.00( Integra, Prelude, 240sx, Rx-7, Skyline

Ok, so nothing is certain. Me and my parenst are just wanting to see what kind of a response we can get in terms of prices. If we see something legitamate, we'll check it out , and pay. Anyways..

The car MUST BE A STANDARD, Manual, etc.

1990 + Integra GS
1992 + Honda Prelude
1990 + Nissian 240sx
1988 + Mazda RX-7
1988 + Nissian Skyline

. I'm kind of leaning towards the Integras, because they're kind of more resonable within my price range.. But you know, I've been working my butt off , saving up, so I'm trying to see if i get lucky with any other of these types of cars . But if anyone has a 1991 Integra GS (black or white), standard, under 5 grand, I would love to buy it if its in good condition, etc.

I live in edmonton, but my dad lives in Calgary, so if you have pictures and it looks like a good deal, I'll have my dad check it out, and then if it sounds good to him as well, then I'll drive down and check it out.

righto. how much of a speed increase is that? and if you wouldnt mind, if you put the average engine in each, could you rank the cars in terms of acceleration?

5) u are not gonna find a skyline in this range... double it and maybe


the cars thats u listed come with so many different engine options.. the prelude alone had 3 different engines in its first 2 years... the rx-7 had a turbo option and the 240 sx i know nothing about

240sx is faster than an rx-7 ? I wouldnt of thought. They start at like 160hp or something.

Nobody wants to sell their cars, or my price is too low or something. I'll keep saving up and see what happens, but so far this is crazy, not one post of someone wanting to sell a car.

My best bet would be a 1989 240sx. Great car, can do alot and can get one for cheap. around 3 grand. Just keep looking.

ok, i'll keep my eyes peeled. Im jus getting so impatient. I'm in grade 12, waited too long for my learners, just finished driver's training, im so anxious to catch up on missed freedom, but i dont want to force myself in to a car i'll regret. And i'm not exactly rich, I'm working my butt off to get this amount of money, I'll have to take a loan from my parents to complete the difference, and then pay them back.

Well, your chose. You could get a crx or something but I would still stick with the 240.

yah, im checking out a car in the bargain finder. Auto trader has rip offs, there is the good deal s often, but its got all those used car companies trying to make a profit, and with taxes, etc.. :rolleyes: We'll see. Maybe i'll just have to wait it out till i have more money to offer

Hey i have got the car for you. It is a 1990 Honda prelude. let me tell you this car is mint. I bought it off my teacher about a year and a half ago. this car has been babied like nothing else. My parents dont even want me to sell it but i found the car of my dreams. If you are seriously interested in a car this is a must see for you. it is a type s red, kinda high miles with 230 but runs like new honestly. i just put on an aftermarket muffler, new tires and battery. this car will run fot the next ten years. I brought it to honda and they told me thay had never seen one in this good a shape for the year.
