Remember, it's pays "up to $2000". Meaning some folks will get away with $10 reward for stupid crimes =).

ACTUALLY where I work at that corner is where the postitude works... I look down out my window I see them get pick up all the time!! I even got a Licence plate number yesterday as I was walking to my car and that girl was getting into that blue suburban right infront of me... kinda sad when you really think about it... :rolleyes:
